Shipping Policy
Everything we ship goes out from London, Ontario by Canada Post, anywhere in Canada. This page is the full picture: what each option costs, when it's free, and how long it takes.
1. What it costs
- Local pickup — free. We arrange a time and place in London, ON.
- Standard shipping — flat $5.99 across Canada, and free on orders over $50.00.
- Express + insurance — $18.99. Canada Post Express, tracked and insured.
The free-shipping threshold is measured on the cards subtotal after any quantity discount, before a coupon. You'll always see the exact shipping amount at checkout before you pay.
2. Large orders
Past roughly 30 cards an order no longer fits in an envelope, so we send it as a parcel — Express, tracked and insured, at no extra charge to you. The price above is the price: a big order costs the same to ship as a small one, and is still free over $50.00.
3. How long it takes
- We pack and ship within 1–2 business days of your order being paid.
- Standard — typically 2–5 business days in transit to most of Canada.
- Express — typically 2–3 business days in transit.
Transit times are Canada Post's, not ours, and remote destinations can run longer. If a Standard order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll sort it out — see our Refund Policy.
4. Tracking and insurance
Express orders are tracked and insured, and we email the tracking number once it's moving. Standard is untracked flat-rate lettermail, so there is no tracking number to give you — that's why the 14-business-day window above exists.
5. Where we ship
Canada only, at the moment. We don't ship internationally.
